Thank You For Your Interest In Going Through Prophetic Prayer Ministry. We Have Seen God Bring Amazing Healing And Freedom In Both Individuals And In Marriages Over The Past Eighteen Years.
Please print and fill out the entire application thoroughly and return to us in the mail. We encourage you to find out as much family history as you can for the last sheet in the application. This will help us to better identify the sins of the fathers and the resulting curses upon your family line.

For a single person, there will be a total of five sessions and for a couple, there will be twelve sessions, two together as a couple and five individual sessions. We will be covering the breaking of generational sins and curses, false beliefs, identity, breaking of soul ties, healing of hurts and wounds, trauma, and deliverance during our time together. We will also help you to work through any issues personally or in your marriage. In the last session for couples, there will be a time of renewing your marriage covenant.
Ministry sessions will be between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm with each session will be approximately two to three hours in duration.
We will dedicate approximately 55 hours in prayer, preparation, and ministry time for a couple and 25 hours for an individual. There is a suggested donation fee of $3400.00 for a couple and $1500.00 for an individual to go through. These fees are payable at the first session unless other arrangements have been made.
